Artist and point of view
MASOMA is led by Wuhua, a sculpture MFA from an academy of fine arts sculpture department. His work opens the language of Adult Classicism: a focus on adult male form, muscular vitality, classical proportion, and the ideal strength and beauty of the mature masculine body.
Confirmed material families include resin, plaster, and ceramic. Works may begin from hand-carved sculptural originals, mold casting, and hand-finished surfaces depending on the piece.
