MASOMA ships hand-finished collectible art objects with protective packing for sculptural relief, surface, frame, and finish.
Order preparation
Each product page may state its own preparation window, edition details, photography status, or made-to-order timing. If no specific timing is stated, available works generally begin shipping within 2-5 business days after payment has cleared. Payment is processed securely through PayPal, which accepts debit & credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Fastlane. If a delay occurs, MASOMA will contact you with updated timing and available options.
Shipping destinations
MASOMA ships via YUNTU to destinations in Europe and North America where YUNTU service is available. Destination availability remains subject to carrier coverage, service restrictions, and applicable law.
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to supported destinations. Below this minimum, the difference is charged as shipping. Add items to reach the minimum and receive free shipping. Eligibility follows the discount settings for your destination; taxes and other charges, if applicable, are additional.
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other destination charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Packaging and tracking
Works are packed to protect sculptural relief, frames, finishes, and small object surfaces. All orders ship in neutral outer packaging — nothing on the outside indicates the contents, so delivery stays private. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.
Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the package or work appears damaged, keep all packaging materials and contact MASOMA within 48 hours at support@masoma.art with the order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and artwork.
Returns and exchanges
Regular non-limited works may be returned when a return is requested within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact MASOMA at support@masoma.art with your order number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Returned works must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and packed in their original packaging with all protective materials included. Because MASOMA works are fragile sculptural objects, return packaging must protect the relief, surface, frame, finish, and corners during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, the buyer must use packaging of equal or stronger protection.
For returns due to a change of mind, fit, scale preference, gift decision, or similar customer reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and any other return-related charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to MASOMA error or confirmed transit damage.
After a returned work is received and inspected, MASOMA will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If a returned work arrives damaged, missing packaging, altered, used, or requiring significant repacking or restoration, MASOMA may refuse the return or deduct a reasonable restocking or repair amount where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact MASOMA within 48 hours of delivery at support@masoma.art with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and affected artwork.
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. If MASOMA confirms transit damage and approves replacement, MASOMA will pay the replacement shipping cost. Depending on the work, edition availability, damage condition, and carrier claim requirements, MASOMA may instead arrange a repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund when replacement is unavailable or unsuitable.
Non-returnable works
Limited editions are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable. Artist proofs, customized works, made-to-order works, special commissions, gift cards, and other items marked final sale are also non-returnable. Exceptions apply when mandatory law requires otherwise or when MASOMA confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Final sale status is shown before purchase.
Exchanges
MASOMA currently handles exchanges as a return and a new purchase. Contact MASOMA before returning a work so we can advise on availability, timing, and any collector-specific options.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related carrier charges unless the return is due to MASOMA error or confirmed transit damage. Do not send an international return without instructions from MASOMA, because incorrect customs documentation may cause delays, extra fees, or refusal by the carrier or customs authority.
Care
Keep works away from direct water, high humidity, extreme heat, direct sunlight, and abrasive cleaning products. Dust gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or household cleaners on painted, framed, resin, or hand-finished surfaces.
