- Shipping to the US?
- 2–5 business days after payment clears, via YUNTU, with tracking sent to your email. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to supported destinations. Below this minimum, the difference is charged as shipping. Add items to reach the minimum and receive free shipping. Eligibility follows the discount settings for your destination; taxes and other charges, if applicable, are additional.
- Import duties and taxes?
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
- Returns and exchanges?
- Non-limited works can be returned when requested within 7 days of delivery, with prior approval and original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are shipped back at the buyer's cost, and approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Limited editions are final sale.
- How do I care for this work?
- Keep it away from direct water, high humidity, extreme heat, direct sunlight, and abrasive cleaners. Dust gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents, or household cleaners on painted, framed, resin, or hand-finished surfaces.
- What if the work arrives damaged?
- Contact MASOMA within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and artwork. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Confirmed transit damage is replaced with shipping covered.
- Is packaging discreet?
- Yes — works ship in a neutral outer box with nothing on the outside revealing the contents, so the piece stays private from dispatch to your door.
- Can I drink from Take Hold?
- Yes — use it as a drinking cup, and sip directly through the handle. Rinse with water after use and dry gently; do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
